brand session with Paige Hulse
brand photographer Christine Gosch
Paige is a creative, smart, and oh-so-talented lawyer with a wide client base within her two businesses. She has an online shop called The Creative Law Shop. It offers contracts and legal necessities for creative small business owners like photographers, calligraphers, wedding planners, artists, and makers with online shops. The images she uses to represent that brand are bright, colorful, and peppy. She also runs a law firm, where her average client is very different than those who might utilize The Creative Law Shop. She needed new visual content for the more masculine client of her firm to relate to. With her new colors, tone, and inspiration in hand, she knew she needed a brand session for Paige Hulse Law.
I went up to Tulsa, Oklahoma where Paige lives for her shoot. We shot at a place called Spain Ranch which had the perfect masculine tones and blank canvas we needed. Kim Rico with Drops of Honey Designs was the stylist for the shoot and she put together all of the scenes we ended up shooting for Paige’s brand session. Erika Kopp with Stay Co did the wardrobe styling, with Ash Franke as hairstylist and Starla Ward as makeup artist.
Paige not only needed new headshots, she was also in need of flat lay images, filler content for social media and her website, and behind the scenes images. She invited several of her clients to partake in her brand session. I always think this is such a good idea. Interacting with clients in the photos you use for marketing is a great way to show potential clients what the process of working with you could look like. Once we shot with Paige’s clients, Kim styled flat lay designs incorporating the colors, tools, and mood that Paige’s law firm encapsulates.
I’m so happy with the way Paige’s images turned out. I love how she incorporated them into her website and how she continues to use them on social media!
Thanks for reading through the post, everyone! Have a wonderful rest of your week!
